I still have questions about my repair. Who can I contact?
If you have questions about a recent repair, please contact your Repair Planner or Branch Manager directly. If you have other questions or feedback you wish to give to our central administration office, please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Complete a Customer Survey
Approximately 3-5 days after your vehicle has been picked up from our repair facility, you will be emailed a link to a short (1-minute) customer survey about your experience at Herbers Autobody. Each survey is personally read and acted upon by the President of Herbers Autobody.
Complete a Google Review
Click on the location your repair was completed at to be redirected to the Google Reviews website. In order to post a Google Review, you'll need to sign-in with your Google account (if you have a GMail address, you have a Google Account). You can create a Google Account by clicking on the Branch location below and selecting "Write a Review" near the top of the Google Place page. Once redirected to the login page, there is a "Sign Up" button located in the top right-hand corner.
