• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before it leaves the accident scene (garage door opener, parking pass, cell phone charger, sunglasses, wallet and loose change).
• Keep the police damage sticker in the vehicle.
• Identify the keys with the tow-truck driver and advise them to drop them in our key drop slot.
• Advise Herbers Autobody that evening or early the next day via telephone (780-469-8888) or email (repair@herbersautobody.com). Include your name, vehicle make and model, license plate, insurance company and which location the vehicle was towed to.
